the HACCP or Food Safety Plan is properly implemented and
effectively control the analyzed hazards.

Requirements:
– Send existing HACCP or Food Safety Plan for validation to
info@consultareinc.com.
Send HACCP or Food Safety Plan CCP Documentations for review to
info@consultareinc.com.

Deliverables:

– HACCP or Food Safety Plan Validation Report
– Validation includes – Product Evaluation and Process Analysis,
Product History Evaluation, Process History Evaluation, Evaluation
of CCPs, Critical Limits, Monitoring, Corrective Actions, CCP
Verification, and Record Keeping Procedures,
– Review of Current CCP Documentations.
– Report includes observations and recommendations.

Delivery Date:
– 5 to 7 Business Days upon receipt of completed information
required for inputs.
