services@consultareinc.com.
– Google Meet – Screen Share for discussion. To be scheduled by our
Compliance Team, if applicable.
– Applicant must submit FBI Identity History Summary.
– This is a facilitation service. USDA is the approval body.

– USDA Hemp License Application Form filled out for submission

Delivery Date:

– 5 to 7 Business Days upon receipt of completed information
