Materials, Contract Manufacturer, Service Providers.
– Per customer Requirements.
– RFQ Preparation.
– RFQ Submission to Potential Suppliers, Contract Manufacturer,
Service Providers.
– Sourcing Service Report include: RFQ, Company Name (Supplier
etc.) Contact Name, Phone, Email, Website, Commodity (Raw
Materials, etc.) Information.

Requirements:

– Send customer requirements to services@consultareinc.com
– Consultancy Services are non-refundable.
– Google Meet – Screen Share for discussion. To be scheduled by our
Sourcing Team, if applicable.
-Sourced items are based on customer sourcing requirements .
-Service does not include price negotiations.
-Service does not include material or facility audits.
-Service does not include Supplier Approval Program or Foreign
Supplier Approval Program.
-Service Fee – Monthly Billable to commence on the date of pre-paid
service.

Deliverables:

– RFQ report in word or excel or .pdf format.

Delivery Date:

– Per customer’s requirements.
-Upon completion of RFQ report.
